속마음을 보여주다

wear your heart on your sleeve

• If you wear your heart on your sleeve, you openly show your feelings or emotions rather than keeping them hidden. 속마음을 보여준다는 말은, 너의 감정이나 느낌들을 숨기기보다 보여준다는 거야.

• It takes courage to wear your heart on your sleeve, which is why few people do it. 속마음을 털어놓는다는 건 용기가 필요한 일이기 때문에 많은 사람들이 하지 못하는 일이지.

• I need someone whom I can wear my heart on my sleeve. 내 속마음을 털어놓을 사람이 필요해.

기억력이 좋은

입장바꿔 생각해봐

• Please put yourself in his shoes before blurting it out. 그냥 말을 하기전에 그의 입장도 생각해봐
  • blurt out : 말을 내뱉다
• It’s hard to put myself in other people’s shoes from the my heart. 진심으로 다른 사람들의 입장이 되어보는 것은 어려워
  • from the (bottom of one’s) heart : 진심으로
• Would you mind putting yourself in my shoes? 제 입장에서 한번만 생각해주실 수 있으실까요?
